Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Kimberley Anne
Hey there! I'm Kim, I created KAFit after not being able to get the mental and physical health support I needed while being a young single mother to my sons.
After working 10 years in the health industry, I couldn't understand why, somewhere along the way, mental and physical health had been separated. We can't improve one without the other.
Thus the birth of KAFit and the biggest shift in mental health support delivery an individual can make and now growing!

Outside of my business, I love to spend my time with my sons, Seth and Levi. From footy games and guitar to paddle boarding and beach hang. We are a very busy household with lots of laughter and encouragement.

I'm also a fur mum to Max and Lacey who give the best cuddles in the world.
And..... I'm also a plant mum! I love tending to my plants and spending time outside in the garden.

I am training this year to compete in my first bikini competition and I'm loving learning more and more about my body and the composition field. I get really nerdy about the human body and all the amazing things it can do.

Practice Manager & Active Support
Kylie George
Hi! I'm Kylie. I am a loving mother of 5 beautiful children ages from 14 to 27. On top of that, I have two cheeky grandsons and one sweet granddaughter. So my weekends are never dull… if it’s not a family football weekend then it’s off travelling to find the best camping and fishing spot or just a get together for a BBQ.
My favourite things to do is sing and dance… if there is karaoke I am there! I also have 2 dogs and 12 chickens who are always there to hear about my day.
I've been in the health industry in various roles for the past 20 years, from aged care to physio assist in high care and more recently I have been managing and assisting in a Podiatry clinic. I am passionate about my career and super eager to build on it. I am all about challenges and will be the first hand-up to give anything a go!
I am a bubbly, friendly and compassionate person, always keen to meet new people and thrive to be positively and strongly impactive. You will find I am very friendly and always up for a chat or to be the professional you need me to be, I can help in any way you need.

Psychologist
Nate Sanders
Hi, I’m Dr. Nate Sanders, a clinical psychologist from Australia. I am dedicated to working with young people who have experienced trauma, been born with or acquired disabilities, and faced other life challenges. My approach is rooted in compassion and a deep understanding of how unique experiences shape emotional and psychological well-being.
I provide a safe and supportive environment where young people can explore their feelings, navigate complex emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. I work collaboratively with each individual and their support team to empower and foster resilience and growth.
With a focus on evidence-based therapies and tailored interventions, my goal is to help young people thrive and build a positive future.

Head Swim Coach
Anna Baque
Hey, I'm Anna and I have been a Swim Australia registered Teacher of Swimming and Swim teacher of babies and toddlers for 12 years.
As a teenager, I lost a young cousin to drowning and the impact that had on my whole family was devastating.
This started my mission to close the gap on who could and couldn't access swimming and water safety lessons based on their abilities and demographics.
Becoming a swimming teacher I have been able to help people from 8-week-old babies to the young at heart at 82 years old learn water awareness and safety to swimming strokes, overcome their fear of water and help with fitness, mobility and health goals.
This role as a swim coach with KAFit has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I have met the most amazing people who inspire me daily.
I'm currently 9 years in remission from thyroid cancer that had a recurrence in my lymphoid. As a result of this I suffered depression and anxiety, I just wasn't my bright and sparkly self. With the support of my husband and 4 children and being back in a swimming pool I'm brighter and sparklier than ever and I'm ready to help bring that feeling to others who love to be in or around the pool too.
